The report, developed by Nasscom in collaboration with Oliver Wyman and R Systems, highlights that India has become the preferred destination for almost 70% of new GCCs set up across Asia. This surge is driven by India's deep talent pool, advanced tech ecosystem, strong ser-vice-provider partnerships, and growing focus on de-sign-led innovation. The report notes that the GCC model is entering a new phase -- one that emphasizes innovation, agility, and enterprise value creation through deep partner-ships. The next decade of digital growth, it says, will be shaped by collaboration between GCCs, service provid-ers, and global headquarters, forming integrated ecosys-tems where innovation and execution go hand in hand.Emerging engagement models such as Build-Oper-ate-Transfer/Manage (B-O-X), joint ventures, and co-in-novation partnerships are redefining how global en-terprises drive transformation at scale. GCCs are now expected to own innovation pipelines, contribute direct-ly to P&L outcomes, and deliver measurable business impact amid the rise of AI-native enterprises. To thrive in this environment, Nasscom outlines five key success pillars for next-gen GCCs: a shared en-terprise vision, operational excellence, resilient gover-nance, magnetic talent, and technology-led innovation. For service providers, the shift demands deeper col-laboration, specialized capabilities, and refined operat-ing models, enabling them to become true lifecycle part-ners delivering sustained enterprise value. 1,760+ GCCS IN INDIA SET TO DRIVE GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION: NASSCOMIN FOCUS
