ABeam Consulting configured SAP Joule for Consultants across 19 use cases covering SAP implementation and post-go-live maintenance activities. These use cases include implementation methodologies, best practices, custom-code guidance, development recommendations, investigation, and troubleshooting.
SAP Joule for Consultants uses a generative AI foundation supported by SAP's curated knowledge base. SAP says the solution draws on more than 200,000 pages of SAP product documentation and learning resources, giving consultants access to information relevant to SAP projects.

ABeam said the solution is being used by both junior and experienced consultants. Junior consultants can use Joule to support research and gain guidance when working on unfamiliar SAP areas, while experienced professionals can use it to verify information and address knowledge gaps outside their specialist domains.
ABeam Consulting reported a 77% improvement in operational efficiency across the 19 use cases after implementing SAP Joule for Consultants. SAP also reports that 100% of consultants accessed the solution in the deployment.
