Andersen Group Announces Four Consulting Acquisitions

Andersen Group Inc. has completed four consulting acquisitions, adding expertise in technology, cybersecurity, organisational transformation and leadership development to its global professional services platform. The acquisitions involve SPR, BD Emerson, Daniels Consulting Group and Zenger Folkman, expanding Andersen Consulting’s capabilities and strengthening its position across multiple advisory services.

The San Francisco-based professional services group announced the completed transactions as part of its wider mergers and acquisitions strategy. Andersen said the deals would bring established client relationships, recurring revenue streams and opportunities to expand its consulting services across different markets.

The four acquisitions also contribute to a broader expansion programme. Andersen has signed 19 acquisition agreements during 2026, representing approximately $190 million in annualised revenue, of which 13 transactions have been completed, according to the company.

We are not simply acquiring revenue; we are bringing together outstanding professionals whose capabilities and shared values will strengthen Andersen for years to come.” - Mark L. Vorsatz, Chairman and CEO of Andersen Group Inc “

His comments highlight the company's emphasis on combining specialist expertise and professional teams rather than pursuing expansion solely through transaction volume. The approach also reflects the importance of maintaining client relationships and service quality as professional services firms grow through acquisitions.

Four Acquisitions Expand Consulting Capabilities

Each acquired business brings a different specialisation to Andersen’s consulting platform.

SPR focuses on technology solutions, custom software development, cloud modernisation and data analytics. Its capabilities are expected to support clients seeking to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business performance.

BD Emerson provides cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, privacy and technology risk advisory services. Its addition strengthens Andersen’s ability to help organisations manage regulatory obligations and address risks associated with increasingly complex digital environments.

Daniels Consulting Group specialises in organisational transformation, change management, leadership development and strategy execution. Its expertise supports businesses working to align their people, operational priorities and strategic objectives.

Zenger Folkman is known for research-based leadership assessment, executive coaching and organisational performance improvement. Its capabilities add to Andersen’s human capital consulting services, particularly in leadership development and management effectiveness.

Together, these businesses broaden the range of advisory services available through Andersen Consulting, spanning technology and risk management to organisational development and leadership effectiveness.

Acquisition Strategy Targets Further Growth

Andersen continues to pursue acquisitions across consulting, tax, legal, valuation and other professional services. The company expects its acquisition programme, alongside organic growth, to support revenue expansion, cross-selling opportunities and the development of its global platform.

Vorsatz said the company remained focused on transactions that deliver economic returns while extending its capabilities and geographical reach. He also pointed to the advantages of combining specialist firms with Andersen’s broader scale, multidisciplinary expertise and client relationships.

The completed deals underline how professional services groups are using acquisitions to bring complementary expertise together under wider platforms. For Andersen, the priority will be to convert the expanded capabilities and client relationships into sustainable growth while maintaining the technical expertise and service standards of the acquired businesses.

With 13 acquisitions completed from 19 agreements signed in 2026, Andersen’s latest transactions represent another step in its continuing expansion strategy.
