BRG Adds Two Leaders to Financial Advisory Team

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) has strengthened its Financial Institution Advisory (FIA) practice with the appointment of Roger Park and Chris Harris as Managing Directors. The appointments add decades of consulting, professional services and financial-services transformation experience to BRG's advisory team.

Park and Harris will lead BRG's Operations & Technology Transformation team within FIA, supporting banks and other financial institutions as they respond to changes in technology, operating models and customer expectations. The firm said their arrival is the first step in a broader expansion of its operations and technology transformation capabilities for financial-services clients.

Chris Harris brings more than 35 years of financial-services consulting experience, including leadership roles at EY and Accenture. His experience covers strategy, technology adoption, operations and transformation, with a focus on helping financial-services organizations improve growth and customer experiences.

Roger Park brings more than 30 years of global professional-services experience. He has worked on C-suite relationships, practice development, enterprise transformation and AI deployment. Before joining BRG, Park led EY's global business-enablement AI transformation program and previously helped grow EY's Financial Services technology consulting practice.

The appointments come as BRG expands its work with financial institutions on AI-enabled transformation and operational change. The firm's approach combines technology-enabled delivery with practitioner knowledge to help clients implement transformation initiatives and make better use of their technology investments.

MacDonald added that Park and Harris bring decades of experience leading large-scale transformations and understanding how AI is changing financial services. He said their expertise will support financial institutions as they rethink operating models and move from strategy to execution.
