Delta Consulting Group has acquired Osborne Partners Ltd., bringing together two advisory firms and expanding its international consulting and expert-services platform across key global markets.
Delta Consulting Group announced the acquisition on September 9, 2026, describing the combination as an important step in strengthening its capabilities, geographic reach, and client relationships.
The combination creates an international platform comprising 179 professionals, with major offices in Washington, DC, New York, Toronto, Madrid, London, Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore.
During the transition, Osborne Partners will operate as Osborne Partners, A Delta Consulting Group Company.
Founded in 2018, Osborne Partners is an international consulting firm specializing in arbitration, economic regulation, public policy, commercial strategy, and litigation.
Its presence in London, Dubai, Singapore, and Mumbai adds geographic coverage in regions where Delta is looking to strengthen its international operations.
The acquisition also brings complementary expertise to Delta's existing advisory and expert-services capabilities.
Delta works across complex projects, disputes, investigations, insurance claims, and financial matters, while Osborne Partners provides specialized economic and strategic consulting support in complex business and legal matters.
“Delta and Osborne Partners are highly complementary businesses that share a commitment to rigorous analysis, clear communication and exceptional client service. By joining Delta, we are giving our clients access to a broader range of expertise and resources while preserving the relationships, responsiveness and quality they expect from Osborne Partners.” — Chris Osborne, Managing Director, Osborne Partners
The transaction is expected to broaden the services available to clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The firms' combined capabilities can support organizations and legal teams dealing with complex disputes, investigations, financial matters, regulation, and other specialized advisory requirements.
For Delta, the acquisition is also part of a broader growth strategy focused on bringing together specialized businesses and professionals.
The company said the combination strengthens its international development by adding established expertise and client relationships in several important business and dispute-resolution markets.
“This is an important moment in Delta’s evolution. We are building a company with the scale, expertise and geographic reach to support clients wherever their most complex challenges arise. Osborne Partners gives us an established presence in several of the world’s most important business and dispute-resolution markets and positions Delta for the next stage of our growth.” — Darin L. Buchalter, Chief Executive Officer, Delta Consulting Group
The acquisition further strengthens Delta's international footprint in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, while giving Osborne Partners access to Delta's broader multidisciplinary platform.
The companies said their shared approach to analytical rigor, client service, and professional expertise provides a strong foundation for the combined business.
The transaction was completed on August 14, 2026, while Delta publicly announced the acquisition on September 9, 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
