Peloton Consulting Group has entered into an agreement to acquire INFOLOB Global Inc., a technology services company specialising in Oracle infrastructure, database management, cloud modernisation and artificial intelligence (AI). Announced on October 27, the proposed acquisition aims to expand Peloton's consulting capabilities and strengthen its position in enterprise technology and business transformation.
The deal will combine Peloton's expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and business process transformation with INFOLOB's capabilities in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), data engineering, database platforms and AI. The combined business aims to provide organisations with consulting, implementation and ongoing technology services across their Oracle environments.
The transaction is expected to close in 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. The companies have not disclosed the financial terms of the deal.
Peloton Consulting Group works with organisations across retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, energy and financial services. Its services focus on helping businesses modernise operations, implement enterprise applications and use technology to improve business outcomes.
INFOLOB Global brings complementary expertise in infrastructure, Oracle Exadata, databases, data platforms and AI. The company also has an established delivery presence in the United States and India.
By combining these capabilities, Peloton intends to support clients across the full Oracle technology stack, from enterprise applications and databases to cloud infrastructure and AI solutions.
The acquisition also reflects a broader consulting industry trend in which professional services firms are expanding their technical capabilities through strategic acquisitions rather than relying exclusively on organic growth.
“Our clients trust us to help them get the most from Oracle, and this acquisition strengthens our ability to do exactly that,” - Guy F. Daniello, CEO and Founder of Peloton Consulting Group
He added that INFOLOB's expertise in infrastructure, databases, data and AI complements Peloton's existing application consulting capabilities. The combined business aims to help organisations connect people, processes and technology while delivering measurable business outcomes.
“Our clients will benefit from Peloton’s application and industry expertise, and together we are creating a truly differentiated, end-to-end services provider in the Oracle ecosystem,” - Vijay Cherukuri, CEO and Founder of INFOLOB Global
The acquisition comes as organisations seek to integrate AI into everyday business operations. Companies increasingly need reliable data, modern infrastructure and well-integrated applications before they can deploy AI solutions at scale.
Peloton and INFOLOB plan to help clients move beyond experimental AI projects towards practical applications, including workflow automation, improved forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
For consulting firms, these requirements create opportunities to combine strategy, technology implementation and ongoing advisory services. An integrated delivery model can also reduce the need for clients to coordinate multiple providers across separate technology layers.
The proposed acquisition highlights how consulting firms are broadening their service portfolios to meet demand for integrated cloud, data and AI capabilities.
For enterprise clients, the combined offering could simplify technology modernisation by bringing application expertise and infrastructure capabilities under one provider. For Peloton, INFOLOB adds specialist technical expertise and strengthens its delivery presence in the United States and India.
The transaction remains pending, but its strategic objective is clear: to combine complementary capabilities and help organisations connect enterprise technology investments with business transformation goals.
