Publicis Sports, 3 Arts Sports, and NFL star Travis Kelce have launched TEKTA, a new NIL consulting and activation venture designed to help brands build partnerships with college athletes and universities.
TEKTA is focused on the growing Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) market. The venture will help brands identify suitable college athletes, develop partnerships, activate campaigns, and measure results.
Publicis Sports, the sports and culture marketing business of Publicis Groupe, will bring its advertiser relationships, sports marketing expertise, fan intelligence, strategy, and measurement capabilities to TEKTA. 3 Arts Sports will serve as the venture's strategic operating partner, bringing relationships across athletes, universities, conferences, and collegiate athletics.
Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs' tight end and a three-time Super Bowl champion, will serve as an advisor to TEKTA. He brings experience from professional sports, brand partnerships, entertainment, and commercial ventures to the new consultancy.
TEKTA will provide brands with end-to-end NIL consulting and activation services, covering strategy, athlete and university partnerships, campaign activation, and measurement.
The venture will initially give selected Publicis Sports clients access to a network covering 45,000 Division student-athletes and 68 Power Four universities. Brands will be able to identify talent across national, regional, and local markets based on their business objectives and target audiences.
“Many of our clients are looking for ways to connect with customers at a local level,” - Suzy Deering, CEO of Publicis Sports.
TEKTA will also support universities and student-athletes through training and education, branding and partnership guidance, vetted brand opportunities, financial literacy programs, and long-term career and brand development.
The venture brings consulting, sports marketing, athlete relationships, and campaign measurement together under one model, giving brands a structured approach to the increasingly complex NIL market.
The launch comes as brands continue to explore partnerships with college athletes and sports programs. The NIL market has created new commercial opportunities for student-athletes while also creating challenges for brands managing athlete relationships, university partnerships, compliance requirements, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
TEKTA is positioned to help brands navigate these challenges while developing NIL programs at local, regional, and national levels.
Kelce will contribute his experience as a professional athlete and commercial partner, while Publicis Sports and 3 Arts Sports will provide the strategic, marketing, and collegiate sports capabilities behind the venture.
Publicis Sports, 3 Arts Sports, and Travis Kelce announced TEKTA on August 18, 2026. The new venture focuses on NIL consulting and activation, helping brands connect with college athletes and universities through strategic partnerships, campaign development, activation, and measurement.
The launch brings together Publicis Sports' sports marketing and measurement capabilities, 3 Arts Sports' collegiate sports relationships, and Travis Kelce's experience as an athlete and commercial partner.
TEKTA's launch marks a new move into specialized consulting for the growing NIL market, giving brands a dedicated platform to manage college athlete partnerships and develop measurable sports marketing programs.
