Vertex Group, the New York-headquartered global enterprise services company, has entered the Singapore market with the acquisition of Singapore-based consulting firm T-Ventures for SGD 8.5 million.
The transaction marks Vertex Group’s entry into its eighth operating market globally and establishes consulting as its ninth business vertical.
The deal represents Vertex Group’s third acquisition within the past 12 months and advances its broader Vertex 2.0 strategy.
Under this strategy, the company is moving toward an integrated global enterprise services and transformation platform that brings together consulting, technology, analytics, customer experience and operations. The addition of consulting expands Vertex Group’s role in the enterprise transformation process. The company can now engage businesses at an earlier stage, supporting them with identifying opportunities, addressing complex business challenges, developing transformation strategies and creating roadmaps before moving into technology, operations and customer experience execution.
T-Ventures brings consulting capabilities across the automotive, fintech and BFSI, and IT-ITeS sectors. The Singapore-based firm serves more than 120 clients across North America, Europe and Asia, working through recurring annual mandates as well as customised consulting engagements.
The company reported SGD 12.9 million in annual turnover in the previous fiscal year, giving Vertex Group an established consulting operation as it enters the Singapore market.
The acquisition also broadens the range of services that Vertex Group can offer to enterprise clients. Its portfolio now spans areas including strategic advisory and consulting, market analytics, customer experience and business process operations, learning and workforce development, AI and data technology services, and enterprise workspace solutions.
“Singapore and consulting are both important milestones in the Vertex journey,” - Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group.
The statement highlights Vertex Group’s focus on combining its Singapore expansion with its growing consulting business, creating a stronger foundation for its next phase of international growth.
According to the company, bringing these capabilities together will allow it to support enterprises across multiple stages of their transformation journeys, from strategy and advisory through technology implementation, operations and scaling.
The transaction establishes Singapore as an important strategic base for Vertex Group in Asia. The company plans to use the market to strengthen access to regional and international enterprises while expanding its consulting capabilities across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
For Vertex Group, the Singapore expansion also represents a shift in its business model. While the company has built its portfolio around enterprise services and execution capabilities, the addition of consulting enables it to participate earlier in clients’ decision-making and transformation planning.
T-Ventures’ existing consulting relationships across multiple industries are expected to complement Vertex Group’s broader global capabilities, while Vertex can provide T-Ventures with access to technology, analytics, customer experience and operational services.
Following the acquisition, T-Ventures will retain its brand and continue operating under founder Alex Campbell and its existing leadership team. This allows the consulting firm to maintain continuity with its existing clients while becoming part of Vertex Group’s wider global platform.
The combination is also expected to expand the range of services available to T-Ventures clients. Consulting engagements can be supported by Vertex Group’s capabilities in technology, analytics, AI, customer experience and operations, creating a broader route from strategic recommendations to implementation.
For Vertex Group, the transaction adds a specialised consulting business with an established client base and sector expertise, while providing T-Ventures with access to a larger international enterprise services network.
The T-Ventures transaction forms part of Vertex Group’s larger ambition to build a ₹1,000 crore global enterprise services business. The company is pursuing growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, with M&A playing a central role in adding capabilities and entering new markets.
Vertex Group has indicated plans to pursue more than two high-impact acquisitions annually over the next three years. The company’s latest transaction therefore represents more than a geographic expansion; it adds a new consulting capability to its global service portfolio while supporting its longer-term growth plans.
With the acquisition of T-Ventures, Vertex Group now has a presence across eight operating markets and nine business verticals. The Singapore transaction strengthens its international footprint and marks a new phase in its development as an integrated enterprise services and transformation provider.
