G.Srinivas Rao, a post graduate from IISC Bangalore started his corporate stints with Tata Steel– a subsidiary of the Tata Group. While working with Tata’s Srinivas got an exposure to the various units such as production, process control, quality control, management and allied activities. Generating interest in the implementation of quality initiatives as it was used an introduction to quality management systems globally, his involvement gave him the opportunity to implement quality in the mines division of Tata Steel. Implementing and executing projects successfully for nearly five years, he applied for a transfer to city like Jamshedpur or Kolkata, but, it didn’t materialise.. Thus, one fine day while having a discussion with his wife she suggested him why not to start something of his own in the quality consulting & training space. Thinking deep into it, he decided to amalgamate the experience, interest, and ideas in one platform.
