After a considerable stint as a Chef at Hotels, he moved to work with stand-alone restaurants to explore the exciting yet challenging work envi-ronment. Quick to pick the nuances of standalone, he shared his inputs with his peers who further encour-aged him to convert the idea into a successful business model.
