It is very touching when we unite as a family even at the loss of dear one.For us our Hotel Resort guest are like god thus the adage "Athithi Devo Bhava" is not a statement but our way of Hospitality life. It is only now that we have started applying this to broader spectrum to include visitors to our country just like we would welcome any other family member home. Even simple villagers get very excited to welcome people in to their villages and will share about their lives with great pride. It is this vibrancy that lures people from across the world to India. Whilst India is fast growing economy it has also held to its rich tradition and values and one of the greatest values passed on to every generation is to respect people and offer nothing but the best to our guests.India traditionally has been a agrarian economy with trade restricted to barter system. There on India progressed towards production and very slowly transitioned in to the service Industry. Whilst at the Industry level things gradually moved from mass production to keeping peoples requirements in mind "Service" is something that comes naturally to us due to our hospitable nature. This quality helped us excel in customer service in any industry not just Hospitality industry or tourism, but in hospitals, education, banking, aviation, and so as no industry is aloof to serve now. While automation has taken over various aspects of our life our reliability on people and information provided by people stands rock solids. This is reason of success our youth have in the hospitality sectors which no other Asian American or European national can proudly boost of. Liberalization of our economy in the 90's along with advent of computers, smart phones got India on the global scenes. With opening of Indian skies and low cost carriers Indian talent got more visibility. The best of brands today eg- JW Marriott's, Apples, Coke, Airbus, etc. have Indians managing their service operations.Two major industries that create memories of hospitality are the Aviation and Hotel Industry. From the moment our guest touches down their warmly welcomes at the airport. The moment the guest checks into hotels they again gets a taste of Indian culture and hospitality.That is the resin most of the foreigner scary India in their hearts on their return.Irrespective of the native language, we speak in India our passion to serve comes very naturally and that explains the success of our hospitality industry.
