Core Integra Consulting Services Limited, an integrated human resources and compliance solutions provider, has made its debut on the NSE SME platform on September 30, marking its entry into India's public markets. The company's shares are listed under the symbol COREIN. The listing follows its ₹21.99 crore initial public offering, which was open for subscription from September 23 to September 25.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 28.19 lakh equity shares with a price band of ₹74 to ₹78 per share. The final issue price was ₹78. The company is raising capital through the issue to support its business expansion, including investments in information technology infrastructure, strengthening its leadership team, enhancing brand visibility and meeting general corporate requirements.
Core Integra operates across several areas of the human resources and compliance ecosystem. Its services include staffing, payroll outsourcing, labour-law compliance, HR advisory and vendor management, along with technology-enabled HR and regulatory compliance solutions. The company operates through five principal verticals covering HR services, vendor management, compliance and advisory, RegTech and HRTech solutions.
The company's technology portfolio includes platforms designed to support different aspects of workforce and compliance management. Its HR technology offerings include CoreX and Core Pay, while Ctrl-F and Core-PFT support regulatory compliance and provident-fund-related processes. These platforms are intended to help businesses manage employee processes, payroll and statutory requirements through technology-enabled systems.
Coreintegra has built its operations across a broad geographic footprint in India. During the financial years 2024 to 2026, the company served more than 600 customers across over 30 industries, with operations extending across 23 states and four Union Territories. It also served more than 1,500 client locations through seven branch offices, according to company information cited in its IPO materials. The company's business has also focused on simplifying labour-law and regulatory compliance for organisations.
“We are excited about the opportunities this expansion presents as we align with Bharat’s vision of enabling businesses to grow rapidly, free from the burden of complex regulatory processes. Our focus is on simplifying compliance in labour law adherence to create a more business-friendly environment across India,” said Mahesh Krishnamoorthy, Managing Director, Core Integra.
The public issue received subscriptions across investor categories before its close. Economic Times reported total subscription of around 1.45 times, with qualified institutional buyers subscribing 1.05 times and non-institutional investors at 1.58 times, based on the final available subscription data.
The NSE listing gives Coreintegra access to the public capital markets as it works to expand its HR services, compliance advisory and technology capabilities. The funds raised through the fresh issue are planned partly for upgrading IT infrastructure and augmenting the company's leadership team, alongside brand-building and general corporate purposes.
With its NSE SME debut, Coreintegra joins India's growing SME-listed business segment while continuing to focus on workforce management, HR services and regulatory compliance. The listing also provides a new public-market platform for the Mumbai-based company as it pursues its expansion across India's HR and compliance services market.
