Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd. has secured a ₹40.92 crore order from Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation Ltd. (OBCC) for Programme Management Consultancy (PgMC) services for various road and bridge projects in Odisha. The contract is valued at ₹40.92 crore, excluding applicable GST, and has a duration of 36 months.

The assignment has been awarded to Dhruv Consultancy Services and Arkitechno Consultants India Private Limited under a Joint Bidding Agreement. OBCC issued the Letter of Award (LOA) on August 10, 2026, and Dhruv Consultancy received it on August 13. The company is required to complete the necessary formalities, including submission of the performance security, as part of the contract process.

Under the assignment, Dhruv Consultancy will serve as the Programme Management Consultant for road and bridge projects across Odisha. The role places the consultancy firm at the centre of project coordination and management, supporting the implementation of infrastructure programmes involving multiple activities and stakeholders.

The latest order adds to Dhruv Consultancy's growing infrastructure project portfolio. The company provides consultancy services across areas such as highways, bridges, transportation and other infrastructure projects. Its work includes project management, engineering, supervision and other technical consultancy services.

The Odisha order also comes after a strong period of project wins for the company. Dhruv Consultancy reported ₹450.30 crore in order inflows across 17 awards in Q1 FY27, with projects involving organisations including the National Highways Authority of India, Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation and Maharashtra Airport Development Company.

The company's focus on infrastructure consultancy reflects the continuing demand for specialised professional services as road and bridge development projects expand across India. Programme management consultants can provide technical and managerial support to project authorities, helping coordinate different project requirements and maintain progress across large infrastructure programmes.

“We are pleased to announce we did exceptionally well in FY25, driven by consistent project wins and strategic expansion into high-value sectors.”  — Tanvi Dandawate Auti, Managing Director, Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd.

The new Odisha contract provides Dhruv Consultancy with a three-year engagement and strengthens its presence in the state's infrastructure sector. It also adds another government-linked infrastructure assignment to the company's order pipeline at a time when demand for road, bridge and connectivity projects remains an important part of India's infrastructure development.

For the consulting sector, the development highlights the role specialised firms play beyond traditional advisory work. Infrastructure consultants are increasingly involved in programme management, technical planning, project supervision and coordination, helping public agencies manage complex development programmes.

With the ₹40.92 crore Odisha order, Dhruv Consultancy Services continues to expand its project portfolio and strengthen its position in India's infrastructure consultancy market. The 36-month assignment is expected to give the company a longer-term engagement in Odisha while supporting the state's road and bridge development programmes.
