The assignment has been awarded to Dhruv Consultancy Services and Arkitechno Consultants India Private Limited under a Joint Bidding Agreement. OBCC issued the Letter of Award (LOA) on August 10, 2026, and Dhruv Consultancy received it on August 13. The company is required to complete the necessary formalities, including submission of the performance security, as part of the contract process.
Under the assignment, Dhruv Consultancy will serve as the Programme Management Consultant for road and bridge projects across Odisha.
