Tim Miller Joins GCI as Strategic Advisor

Gaming Compliance International (GCI) has appointed Tim Miller as Strategic Advisor, strengthening its regulatory expertise as the company expands its market-intelligence and transaction-monitoring capabilities across international gaming markets.

The appointment was announced on September 24, 2026. Miller will advise GCI on regulatory policy, product development, and international growth while providing an independent regulatory perspective on the company's products and services.

Miller brings 10 years of experience with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), where he most recently served as Executive Director of Policy and Research. He has also founded GamReg Consulting, a UK-based advisory firm focused on gaming regulation.

In his new role, Miller will work with Matt Holt, CEO of Gaming Compliance International, and the wider GCI team. His responsibilities will include supporting the company's international expansion and helping ensure its products reflect the changing needs of gaming regulators.

His regulatory background adds further expertise to GCI as regulators worldwide respond to evolving gaming markets, wagering activity, and illegal gambling.

Miller's experience as a former UK gambling regulator is expected to support GCI's product development and international market strategy. His work will include providing regulatory insight as the company develops tools for gaming regulators and organizations operating across different jurisdictions.

The appointment also brings together Miller's regulatory experience and GCI's focus on market intelligence and transaction monitoring.

GCI provides services and technology for gaming regulators, including transaction monitoring and market-intelligence solutions. The company has highlighted its work monitoring wagering activity around major sporting events, including the 2026 World Cup, to help regulators assess activity involving licensed and unlicensed operators.

Miller and Holt are also scheduled to participate in a panel at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas, where they will discuss regulatory tools, market dynamics, and illegal gambling.

The appointment adds senior regulatory experience to GCI's consulting and technology capabilities as the company continues developing market-intelligence services for gaming regulators internationally.
